• Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Returns & Refunds

• If a product is damaged during delivery, we will send a replacement, and the damaged item must be returned to the courier.
• If a delivery is lost, we will send a new replacement.
• Used products are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Product Availability

• Our website is connected to an automatic stock system. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly shown.
• Customers who have added an out-of-stock product to their wishlist will receive an email notification when it becomes available again.
